Below are a few questions for you.
Are you ready to PURCHASE a property? Answer these questions:
-If not a cash purchase, are you pre-approved? This will give you an idea of how much you might qualify for, BUT know that a lender’s pre-approved letter might not guarantee an approved loan (you can ask for the DU).
-Pay down debts, NO MORE charging on credit cards, and know your debt-to-income ratio.
-Narrow down your cities of interest to no more than two.
Are you ready to SELL a property? Answer these questions:
-How might the monetary value of your property be determined? Ask me, you probably have the wrong answer.
-Are you ready to move on?
-Have you asked me for the Comps Report of what sold near your property?
-Have you scheduled your listing appt. with me?
-Do you have a realistic amount in mind that you will want to walk away with?
